Beachwalk Secures New Retail, Restaurant Tenants, Announces Opening of Publix
PEBB Enterprises and Falcone Group bring in exciting mix of retailers, food-and-beverage operators to significant development near Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, FL –Sept. 20, 2021 – Beachwalk Retail Center LLC, a partnership between PEBB Enterprises and Falcone Group, has secured a compelling mix of new retail and restaurant tenants at the highly anticipated Beachwalk project near Jacksonville. PEBB Enterprises has also opened the Publix at Beachwalk across the street from the master-planned community in St. Johns County.
Leasing efforts at Beachwalk have been successful. Signed tenants at the 47-acre northern portion of the project within Beachwalk include Whiskey Joes, Fysh, Noire Nail Bar, F45 Fitness and a Union 76 Daybreak Market with a 4,800-square-foot gas station and convenience store. The joint venture has seven (7) other outparcels either under lease negotiations or with executed purchase and sale agreements pending closings.
The overall development includes 170,000 square feet of new retail, restaurants and a 110-key hotel to join Beachwalk’s luxury residential, commercial, industrial, and educational components.
Shoppes at Beachwalk, the Publix-anchored center, now has signed leases from Great Clips, Narducci Dental, Urgent Vet, Lavender Day Spa, Fancy Sushi and Cold Stone Creamery. The southern portion of the Beachwalk project is anchored by a 48,400-square-foot Publix and Publix Liquor. Wendy’s will open a new location next to the center after acquiring an outparcel from the joint venture.
The Beachwalk site was originally acquired by PEBB and Falcone Group in March 2021.
“Our partnership for this impactful development is already producing strong results,” PEBB President and CEO Ian Weiner said. “The opening of the Publix should be a catalyst for even more demand from potential tenants.”
The development site surrounds Beachwalk’s signature 14-acre Crystal Lagoon. PEBB and Falcone’s mixed-use development will include a merchandising mix of multi-tenant outparcels, single tenant net leased pads, waterfront restaurants with ample outdoor seating, retail shop space along the lagoon and a full-service hotel.

Outparcels fronting State Road 210 range from one to five acres. Prominent pylon signage along the highway is also available.
