Jonathan joined PEBB in 2022 and is responsible for the daily oversight and property management of several of PEBB’s South Florida office properties. Jonathan takes great pride in maintaining strong tenant and vendor relationships, and a passion for managing office properties to exceptional standards.
A Certified Property Manager (CPM), Jonathan has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience with a specialty in office buildings, industrial properties, shopping centers, regional malls and corporate facilities. He previously held leadership roles with major commercial real estate companies Crocker Partners, Banyan Street Capital, America’s Capital Partners and more. At Crocker, Jonathan oversaw the management and value enhancement of the 1.7 million-square-foot Boca Raton Innovation Campus.
Jonathan has also earned certifications from Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC). He graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management.
