William joined PEBB in 2021. As Operations Controller, he is responsible for the design and execution of controls and timelines regarding key operational processes, including construction and development, procure to pay, lease administration, and internal and external financial reporting.
Before joining PEBB, William spent much of his career with CBRE, the commercial real estate services and investment firm. His 18-year tenure with the company began as Controller. He was promoted to Director of Finance and Accounting before becoming Chief Financial Officer for CBRE|Martin and Martin Property Development, the firm’s division in Michigan.
