News Release: Planet Fitness Joins Growing Lineup at Sugarcreek Plaza

Planet Fitness joins the growing line up of retailers at the re-development of Sugarcreek Plaza, situated in the heart of the Sugarcreek/Centerville market on Wilmington Pike in Dayton, Ohio.

 

PEBB acquired Sugarcreek Plaza, which was formerly a Cub Foods grocery store, in January 2016. After significant investment was made in the infrastructure and façade, PEBB began to see an upsurge in retailer interest. Bed Bath & Beyond and Buy Buy Baby are now open and anchor the center while Planet Fitness takes a 17,000 square foot space and expects to open next spring.
