PEBB Enterprises Completes Several New Leases to Bring Plaza Delray to Full Occupancy
Latest tenant signings at Delray Beach development include Damn Good Sweets, Bagels with Deli and F45
DELRAY BEACH, FL – Oct. 4, 2021 – PEBB Enterprises, the entrepreneurial private real estate investment firm, finalized several new leases to bring its Plaza Delray project in Delray Beach to 100% occupancy. Tenants Damn Good Sweets, Bagels with Deli, Cooper Orthodontics and F45 are set to join a dynamic mix of retailers and restaurants.
Located near the intersection of West Atlantic Avenue and Lyons Road, Plaza Delray features 30,700 square feet of restaurants and service-oriented retail shops. In August 2021, Dunkin’ hosted a grand opening event to celebrate the debut of its new location on an outparcel at Plaza Delray.
Damn Good Sweets, a concept from Damn Good Hospitality, is leasing 1,426 square feet at Plaza Delray. Bagels with Deli will be opening their second location and is occupying 3,358 square feet at the project. Cooper Orthodontics, which has several locations in Palm Beach County, is leasing 1,501 square feet. F45, the popular high-intensity interval training fitness program, is opening a 2,253-square-foot studio at Plaza Delray.
PEBB also recently completed leases with a chiropractor and veterinarian for a combined 3,660 square feet.
“Our team did a tremendous job generating interest from a variety of complementary shops and eateries,” PEBB President and CEO Ian Weiner said. “These tenants recognize the growth of the West Delray section of the city and the need for high-quality dining and service-oriented retail options for the expanding residential population in the area.”
Previously announced Plaza Delray tenants include Sicilian Oven, Olive U Mediterranean Grill, The Poké Company and Brendy’s Ice Cream & Yogurt. Salon Suites and Anderson & Cole Nail Spa are also leasing space at the project.
RLC Architects designed Plaza Delray, which is conceived with breezeways to accommodate outdoor dining and lush green gathering spaces.
For PEBB, Plaza Delray is a return to the family-owned company’s roots. Its first ground-up retail development was completed in Delray Beach in 1974 near the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Military Trail.
Plaza Delray is providing much-needed restaurant and retail options for a section of Delray Beach that is experiencing tremendous residential activity. Thousands of high-end homes have been built in close proximity to the project, including GL Homes’ Seven Bridges, Boca Bridges, Louts and Dakota communities.
