PEBB Enterprises Purchases Hunter’s Ridge in Central Ohio
PEBB Enterprises has acquired Hunter’s Ridge, a 93,743-sf shopping center, shadow-anchored by a Kroger Marketplace in Gahanna, Franklin County, Ohio. The property is located along the east side of South Hamilton Road at the intersection with Morrison Road in Columbus Ohio, which is the second largest metropolitan area in the state.
The existing tenant mix consists of a blend of national, regional, and local tenants, with Planet Fitness serving as the junior anchor tenant and McDonalds and Taco Bell on separate outparcels. The diverse tenant mix also includes restaurants, a beauty salon, dance studios, and medical offices.
“We’re able to buy this Shopping Center directly from the Special Servicer at an attractive basis,” said Ian Weiner PEBB President & CEO. “The center is a great stabilized, income producing, well-located community shopping center and a perfect fit for our portfolio.”
PEBB now owns and operates four shopping centers in Ohio. The company currently owns and manages over two million square feet of commercial real estate across the United States and is actively seeking additional investments in South Florida and other markets around the country.
