JOINT VENTURE ANNOUNCES NEW MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT IN BOYNTON BEACH
Joint venture partners, PEBB Enterprises and Banyan Development, announce the acquisition and future development of a new, mixed-use project in Boynton Beach, Florida.
The new development will feature nearly 68,000 square feet (SF) of retail, including a Wawa and organic specialty grocer, along with a 113,700 SF Congregate Living Facility (CLF), with 130 units. The entire project which will be named at a future date is expected to open in early 2021.
