JOINT VENTURE ANNOUNCES NEW MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT IN BOYNTON BEACH
Joint venture partners, PEBB Enterprises and Banyan Development, announce the acquisition and future development of a new, mixed-use project in Boynton Beach, Florida.
The new development will feature nearly 68,000 square feet (SF) of retail, including a Wawa and organic specialty grocer, along with a 113,700 SF Congregate Living Facility (CLF), with 130 units. PEBB and Banyan, both Boca Raton, FL-based developers, are committed to delivering a thoughtful plan that suits the needs of the community. “We’re working together with both The Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations and Palm Beach County to apply forward thinking to this project to create a well-designed, carefully planned development for Boynton Beach,” says Eric Hochman, PEBB’s Chief Development Officer.
The entire project which will be named at a future date is expected to open in early 2021.
