Quad City Times: Kimberly Crossing Adds New Tenants
Kimberly Crossing, the revived retail center on Davenport’s Kimberly Road, has announced another three new tenants including a Denver-based wellness company, new to the Quad Cities.
Kimberly Crossing’s owner, PEBB Enterprises, said Aspire Fitness will join the lineup along with Once Upon A Child, a gently used children’s apparel store, and Complete Nutrition, a vitamin supplement store. The latter two are relocating from elsewhere in Davenport.
PEBB said Aspire Fitness’s attraction to Kimberly Crossing was, in part, because of how the renovated center is becoming a hub to health and wellness. Its anchor tenant is Fresh Thyme, a natural grocery store.
Aspire will be open 24 hours a day/seven days a week and staffed by fitness enthusiasts and personal training experts. It offers turf tracks for athletes, a cardio theater and machine circuits for novices, as well as a women’s-only strength area. Its classes range from Spinning to Zumba.
PEBB, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, currently owns and manages eight shopping centers in the Midwest.
