Greg Moross joined PEBB Enterprises in 2025 and brings extensive experience in commercial real estate investment, operations, and platform growth.
Prior to joining PEBB, Greg served as Co-Founder and President of The Sterling Organization, a nationally recognized private equity real estate firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL. For the majority of his tenure, he served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer before ascending to the role of President.
Greg helped build and lead Sterling into one of the leading vertically integrated retail real estate platforms in the country, encompassing more than 12 million square feet of assets valued in excess of $3 billion. He was instrumental in shaping and executing the firm’s investment strategy and oversaw all major business and operational functions, including leasing, asset management, financing, redevelopment, construction, and corporate operations.
Throughout his career, Greg has developed extensive relationships across the commercial real estate industry, including institutional investors, lenders, retailers, brokers, and operators.
Greg earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont.
