BH Group, PEBB Enterprises, Related Group Obtain Final Site Plan Approval for 6600 N. Military Trail
BH Group, PEBB Enterprises and Related Group secured final site plan approval from the City of Boca Raton Council for its 6600 N. Military Trail mixed-use redevelopment in Boca Raton. This critical approval enables the partnership to move forward with obtaining building permits and starting construction on the impactful phased project.
Boca Raton council members unanimously approved the site plan on Feb. 11.
The approved site plan encompasses over 405,000 square feet of office space in two buildings, four new retail and restaurant outparcel buildings totaling nearly 43,000 square feet, a nearly 37,000-square-foot luxury fitness facility and 500 multifamily units.
Following this approval, BH Group and PEBB will work expeditiously to begin demolition of a third existing office tower and start construction of the retail and restaurant outparcel buildings and fitness facility.

The 29-acre site of 6600 N. Military Trail (formerly known as the Office Depot headquarters) overlooks the Broken Sound Country Club’s golf course.
