Brett joined PEBB in 2022 and handles all legal aspects of PEBB’s acquisition, disposition, leasing and development activity. He is also involved in the drafting of partnership agreements and other contracts on behalf of PEBB, leveraging his vast experience in real estate law.
Prior to joining PEBB, Brett was a Shareholder in the Real Estate Department of Stearns Weaver Miller, where he represented numerous high-profile real estate investment and development firms in various transactions. In 2020, Brett was recognized as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers. Before Stearns Weaver Miller, Brett practiced real estate transactional law at Shutts & Bowen and served as an attorney and analyst at Rialto Capital Management.
Brett is a member of The Florida Bar and American Bar Association. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
