Bryan joined PEBB as Associate in 2025 with a focus on Asset Management and Development. His responsibilities include monitoring asset level performance, maintaining historical and forward projected cash flows, preparing business plans, and assisting in leasing strategies, tenant negotiations, and market research.
Bryan brings five years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and has previously worked with Brixmor Property Group. He holds a Master of Accounting (MAcc) from The University of Florida, Fisher School of Accounting.
