Evan joined PEBB in 2016 and oversees all aspects of PEBB’s construction and development processes, as well as the coordination of tenant deliveries for significant projects. All construction and development positions report to Evan.
Evan earned a promotion to his current role following five-plus years as Senior Vice President of Construction and Vice President of Construction. In those positions, he was responsible for all construction projects and assisting wherever needed in areas such as acquisition and leasing diligence, tenant improvement building and numerous development activities. Evan has nearly two decades of construction and real estate experience spanning development, project management and preconstruction.
Prior to joining PEBB, Evan served as Senior Project Manager for Suffolk Construction overseeing several large-scale construction projects. He also held multiple positions with the Stiles Corporation. Evan graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and earned a Master of Business Administration with a Real Estate Specialization from Florida Atlantic University.
Evan is a member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a certified LEED AP BD+C – a prestigious professional credential within the green building sector.
