Ilene joined PEBB in 2019 and has over 29 years of commercial real estate experience. She oversees the company’s lease administration functions, including lease abstracting, monthly billings and tenant collections. Ilene also works with the development and accounting departments to implement the lease language as it pertains to new construction, improvements, and operating expenses.
Prior to joining PEBB, Ilene served as the Operations Supervisor for CBRE. In this role, she was responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of client services personnel and review of work product to ensure compliance.
Ilene studied Liberal Arts at Westchester Community College in Valhalla, NY. She is a licensed real estate agent and a Notary Public commissioned by the State of Florida.
