Ilya is responsible for the operations at several office properties including financial performance, maintenance, tenant relations, construction oversight, managing budgets, and executing cost-saving capital projects.
Before joining PEBB, Ilya earned both his B.S. and MBA from Lynn University in Boca Raton. He also served as a Mechanical Manager, overseeing facilities operations across the university’s 123-acre campus, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and emergency maintenance services.
