JoAnn joined PEBB in 2020 and serves as a Tenant Coordinator. She acts as a liaison between owners and tenants and is responsible for coordinating all tenant construction activity. This includes supporting and assisting tenants with architect/engineer construction documents, permitting, bidding, utility connections, working with the agency having jurisdiction and signage.

JoAnn’s primary goal is to ensure the tenant is open for business on time and in accordance with their lease. She takes a systematic approach to resolving common construction problems in order not to delay the tenant’s opening day.

JoAnn graduated from the Detroit College of Business. She is a Certified Property Manager and licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida.
