Laura joined PEBB in 2023 as a Senior Property Manager and oversees a portfolio of South Florida office buildings. She is a seasoned property management professional with 10 years of experience and currently oversees The Research Park at Florida Atlantic University, along with various retail properties in South Florida. In 2023–2024, she received the TOBY Awards for her work at the Research Park at FAU.
Prior to joining PEBB, during her time at Stiles Property Management, she managed 300,000 square feet of retail and office properties and served as one of the Facility Managers for Tri-Rail, bringing expertise in large-scale operations and tenant services. With a strong background in property and hospitality management, Mrs. Giardi delivers a well-rounded approach to building operations. She is an active member of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches.
