Nina joined PEBB in 2017 and oversees Development Operations. She is responsible for managing budgets, vendor relationships, construction administration, and financial reporting for development and redevelopment projects. Nina works collaboratively across all departments to ensure the timely execution of project milestones and the accuracy of financial records throughout each phase of development.
Before joining PEBB, Nina spent nearly a decade with Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM) in New York, where she served as a Property Manager and Financial Assistant. She has been active in the real estate industry since 1996.
Nina holds an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from The City University of New York.
