Robert joined PEBB in 2022 and is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the pre-construction and construction process for projects within PEBB’s portfolio, including the supervision of work at all renovation and ground-up developments. He brings over 30 years of experience to PEBB as a project manager, with direct experience in commercial and retail construction operations for a variety of tenants on a national scale.
Robert is also skilled in aligning project and budget activities with stakeholder expectations and financial parameters. Before joining PEBB, he served as a project manager for Kimco Realty Corporation. Most recently, Robert worked for Dallas-based commercial real estate group CBRE as a retail project manager.
A graduate of ATES Technical Institute in Ohio, Robert is based in PEBB’s Boca Raton office.
