Thomas joined PEBB in 2023 and is now the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for oversight of accounting close, financial and operational reporting, and tax matters. Thomas also oversees management of the company’s property and corporate insurance programs, its budgeting process, treasury management and cash forecasting processes. Thomas is a CPA who brings a diversified background of public auditing experience and extensive experience in public and private real estate companies across various asset classes. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Florida Atlantic University.
