PEBB Enterprises Completes Several New Office Leases in Boca Raton

1801 Building is now 97% occupied following the latest transactions; Infinity Sales Group moves into company’s Park at Broken Sound building

BOCA RATON, FL– PEBB Enterprises, the entrepreneurial private real estate investment company based in Boca Raton, finalized new leases with law firm Cozen O’Connor, Dr. Ryan Alman, DMD and Medical Conferences International. The company also announces that Infinity Sales Group (ISG) has moved in to its 77,340-square-foot building within the Park at Broken Sound.

Cozen O’Connor is a full-service international law firm with more than 750 attorneys who help clients manage risk and make better business decisions. The firm is leasing 14,152 square feet of office space at the 1801 Building. Dr. Ryan Alman and Medical Conferences International are occupying 3,730 square feet and 4,278 square feet of office space, respectively. Headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois, Medical Conferences International organizes medical sector exhibitions, trade events and conferences.

At PEBB’s 5900 Building within the Park at Broken Sound, Infinity Sales Group (ISG) moved into its new headquarters encompassing the entire 77,340-square-foot building. ISG is a direct marketing firm that partners with Fortune 500 companies to market their products and services. The 5900 Building was vacant when PEBB acquired it in July 2021. Before closing, PEBB finalized the long-term lease with ISG.

“The office market in Boca Raton has been extremely tight,” PEBB Senior Vice President of Leasing Chris Stewart said. “With the 1801 and 5900 buildings, we saw an opportunity to address the demand for well-located office space. We are excited to complete these new leases and stabilize both properties so soon after acquiring them.”

Located at 1801 N. Military Trail, PEBB’s office building was brought from 80% leased to 97% in just under a year. The three-story 1801 Building has 61,188 square feet office space with one of the area’s highest parking ratios at 5.43 spaces per 1,000 square feet. It has direct access to I-95 and proximity to the Town Center at Boca Raton mall, 25-plus restaurants and three hotels. Additionally, PEBB is about to begin a complete interior and exterior renovation to the building.

The Park at Broken Sound is a 700-acre mixed-use business park conveniently located directly off I-95. It offers free shuttles to and from the city’s Tri-Rail station. PEBB also owns the park’s ADT Building with joint venture partner Tortoise Properties.
