PEBB ENTERPRISES NAMES GREG MOROSS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

PEBB Enterprises, a privately held, full-service real estate investment and development firm, announces the appointment of Gregory Moross as Chief Operating Officer. Moross brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, private equity, and platform operations to his new role.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Greg to the PEBB team,” said Ian Weiner, CEO of PEBB Enterprises. “His deep operational experience, investment insight, and leadership track record will be invaluable as we pursue new opportunities. I look forward to partnering closely with Greg to drive the next chapter of growth.”

Moross joins PEBB Enterprises after serving as the Co-Founder and President of The Sterling Organization, a nationally recognized private equity real estate firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL. For most of his tenure, he served as Sterling’s Chief Operating Officer before ascending to the role of President.

Under his leadership at Sterling, the firm grew its portfolio to approximately 75 properties, encompassing more than 12 million square feet valued at over $2 billion. Moross played a key role in shaping and executing Sterling’s investment strategy and oversaw all major operational functions for the firm.

“I’m excited to join PEBB,” said Moross. “The company has a proven foundation and excellent reputation, and I’m looking forward to helping evolve and expand upon the success that’s already been built. There’s tremendous opportunity ahead, and I’m energized to be part of the team leading the organization toward its next chapter of success.”

Moross earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami Law School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Vermont.
