Adam joined PEBB in 2023. He is responsible for marketing and leasing the company’s 3 million square-foot office portfolio.
A 25-year commercial real estate veteran, Adam has successfully negotiated over 20 million square feet of investment sales and lease transactions throughout South Florida for firms including NAI Merin Hunter Codman, CBRE, Brenner Real Estate Group and Trammell Crow Company.
Adam is a member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association (SFOBA) and previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP). He was also Co-Chair of the annual NAIOP Broward County Bus Tour. Over the course of his career, Adam won multiple CoStar Power Broker awards. He earned his Associate in Science in Business Management from the State University of New York at Delhi.
