Bret joined PEBB in 2023 and serves as SVP, Asset Management. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s asset management functions, including property and facilities management, as well as leasing activities across PEBB’s portfolio.
Prior to joining PEBB, Bret was Vice President of Equity Investment Management at Rialto Capital Management, where he directed asset strategy and operations for office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the eastern United States. He has also held key roles with RAM Realty Advisors, Westport Capital Partners, and Clarion Partners.
Bret earned his MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and holds a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
