Chuck joined PEBB in 2020 and serves as the company’s Senior Development Manager. He is responsible for supporting the Chief Development Officer with due diligence, financial analysis, and execution of project objectives.
Chuck has over 17 years of real estate experience in multifamily and office. He began his career managing the construction of over 1,200 multifamily units before transitioning into the office sector, developing over 1.8 million square feet of ground-up office projects in Texas and South Florida. Chuck previously held roles as Vice President of Development at Worth & Associates and Senior Development Manager at Stiles.
Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Business Foundation.
