At PEBB, Blake will mainly focus on various construction projects, including, but not limited to, completing the lobby renovations and spec suites, tenant improvements, relocation of the building systems (HVAC and generators), and more. Blake’s role as Senior Construction Manager will provide assistance to the Construction and Development Team, keeping projects on track along with his other responsibilities.
Blake is originally from Alabama but has spent the last nine years at several projects between South Carolina and the Virgin Islands. Blake previously worked as a Project Manager in Charleston, SC. Prior to that, Blake was with various companies as a Construction Manager as well as working as an independent contractor in a few different roles. Blake’s experience spans multiple types of construction, including office core & shell and tenant improvements, hospitality, multifamily, and entertainment.
Blake earned a BS in Business Management from the University of South Alabama.
