Florence joined PEBB in 2023. She is responsible for the design and execution of controls and timelines over key operational processes pertaining to PEBB’s operating portfolio including property accounting, lease administration, budgeting and forecasting, and internal and external financial reporting.
Bringing substantial real estate accounting and finance experience in Florida and Canada to PEBB, Florence most recently was a Financial Controller with Ventron Property Management. Her previous experience also includes roles with Avison Young, Aurum Property Partners, Discovery Senior Living, PWC and KPMG.
Florence earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from York University.
